About Us
First off we are an independent store, and run our business for the love of clothing and music and not to make mega big bucks. We try to reflect this in our prices and 9 times out of 10 we're the cheapest place you'll be able to find the brands we stock. We have been running for nearly 3 years now (formerly called Emotive) and we've built up an amazing relationship with a lot of our customers, and we love every single person that shops with us, because at the end of the day we would be nothing without them. The store is owned and run by me Dom with the help of some friends. I pride myself on knowing more than most about the alternative fashion scene and spend hours searching the web scouting out new and exciting clothing brands. I have discovered some complete gems along the way, who are now making it big in the industry and i'm always proud to know that i've had some part in that. Many of the brands you see here you won't see anywhere else in the UK or sometimes even the world, and we're dedicated to giving small companies chances and bringing you the freshest and most up to date clothing about. After all it's always nice to be wearing something your friends don't have! Anyway we are Distortion and I hope you enjoy shopping with us.

Making A Purchase

We accept most credit and debit cards, and payments are processed 100% securely through either our Protx Credit/Debit card system or paypal.

We also accept payment by cheque or postal order by filling out an order form HERE

Shipping And Handling

We offer a free shipping option which is Second Class Royal Mail Post which is 2-4 working after your order has been processed.

First Class Royal Mail post is just 99p extra and your order will arrive 1-3 working days after your order has been processed.

We recommend using the Recorded Delivery service, as this service provides proof of delivery and a signature at your door.

If you require next delivery please call us before 3pm Monday - Thursday on 02380 235990 to arrange this.

European orders are charged at a flat rate of £2.99

European orders sent by standard delivery cannot be tracked which also means they cannot be guaranteed. Please select Recorded if you require tracking on your order. Recorded delivery is £5.99

We now do not ship outside of europe due to the large amount of fraud.

Delivery Schedule

Most orders are sent out same or next day and delivery times shown are AFTER this processing period.

Privacy Policy

Distortion Clothing do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
All returns requiring refunds must be sent back within 14 days. Any items received after this time may be issued with a credit note. All items must be returned as sent to you. All swing tags or any other promotional material attached to the item must still be attached and in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for the care of the item and we will NOT accept any dirty items or items that smell. We reserve the right to deny returns on any items that are not suitable for re-sale. All exchanges are processed free of charge and returned by 2nd class royal mail post. If you are exchanging an item please state clearly which size you would like to exchange it for and make sure we have the size you require in stock on the store before returning as not to delay your order.
